Purpose Statement:  Establish and advance at colleges and universities witnessing communities of students and faculty, who follow Jesus as Savior and Lord: growing in love for God, God’s Word, God’s people of every ethnicity and culture and God’s purposes in the World.

Kathy spends part of her time leading Bible studies and training undergraduate students and part of her time helping to pioneer a graduate student and faculty ministry among campuses in Milwaukee.  To read more about the InterVarsity Grad/ Faculty ministry, please visit www.ivcf.org/gfm/.  

Please pray for Kathy's financial support.  At the end of November she was running 90% of her budget.  Five churches give toward her support on a regular basis for a total of 11%--Wakeshma supplied 7.3% of her budget in 2008.  Approximately 89% is given by individuals.  InterVarsity requires them to spend a certain number of hours each month on fund development, depending on the percentage pledged.  If she is behind on her annual amount InterVarsity has stringent fund-raising policies, necessitating the limiting of campus time with the students until budget is raised.
